Q: I can’t book the boards for the times/dates I want… what is wrong with my booking?

A: In the summer, we are open 930am -830pm. Winter hours are between 7am and 830pm, with early pick up available the evening prior to your rental. If you require a pick up/drop off time outside of those set hours, please call/text 778-200-7600. Early splitboard or ski pickup is highly challenging to provide due to operational limitations.

Q: How do I transport my inflatable SUP? I don’t have a roof rack or tie downs.

A: Your iSUP is provided in a large backpack that should fit in the trunk of your car. It weighs about 30lbs or so including the paddle, pump and accessories. All Access can meet you at the beach front and help with the board if you need! Just put your requests in the Notes section in our online booking form.

Q: How do I inflate my Stand up Paddleboard?

A: Watch this little Youtube video by Quoth life! It’s simple, but you can lose a lot of air if you’re not paying attention to the position of the valve. The valve should be locked in the “up” position.
